Termination in Slovenia

    • By the employer on grounds of Lack of performance, disciplinary dismissal, reduction of work or end of the activity

  • The minimum notice period in Slovenia is 15 days (for service of less than 12 months), then 30 days for service over 1 year
  • Severance payments in Slovenia are mandatory and is calculated base don the average salary over the previous months and the number of years worked in the business
